Q.  How do I send X-RAY Films or images on CD to you? How long will it take to process my order and return to me?

A. You may send your original films or CD to us by whatever means you choose. We recommend FedEx, however UPS or the U.S. Post Office are also viable alternatives. We require sending it with signature; we will return it to you in the same manor so that the chain of custody can be maintained. Most X-RAY orders are completed within 24 to 48 hours from the time of receipt. Larger orders may require additional time; we will advise you when we receive the order.

Q. I have a rush order. Can you process an order in less time than stated above?

A. Yes rush orders are accepted. We must receive your order by 10 AM in order to return it the same day. Additional charges will apply.  Please call us prior to shipping your order to discuss your needs and fees.

Q. My business in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area. May I bring my X-RAY Film/CD to your office and pick up my order later in the day or the next day?

A. Absolutely. Keep in mind that same day turnaround will incur a rush fee. Next day pick up will be the normal fees. All orders that require same day shipping or pick up must be at our office by 10 AM. We ask that you call prior to leaving for our office to discuss your needs and the fees that apply. We can also give you directions that will make your trip quicker.
